Simple Beauty

Guys. We’re going to keep this up during the school year. We’re going to keep making time for the gym and for eating healthy. We’re going to remember to feel good about ourselves when we’re stressed with essays and thesis papers and projects. We’re not going to get freaked out and turn to junk food. We’re going to grab a piece of fruit as a snack instead of those m&m’s from the vending machine. We’re not going to be pressured to give up our goals. We will make time. We’re going to live healthy. We’re going to be happy. We will soldier on in our fitness journey, together. We’re going to do this. We’re going to remember that health is the top priority. We can do this guys.
